Summer Masters of Adventure
Spring session beginning Wed, April 14 and will continue until the middle of June. Note that registration will open slightly after the program start so it’s honour system!
Activities will include trail running, outdoor circuit training, hiking, biking, and a paddle board session. Our outings, which will generally be held in the Gatineau Park, are focused on fitness and fun. The sessions are usually organized in advance so that you can plan ahead.
Practices are held on the following days and times:
Saturdays: 10 am-12 pm
Wednesday nights will focus on cardio workouts. Long hikes, bike rides and trail runs will occur on Saturday mornings.
